Who is the course for ?
In four days or nine short sessions, you'll learn and practise precision skills for building relationships that work. You'll take these skills successfully into your professional environment as well as your home and friendships. Transforming Communication is founded on the vision of world wide training in the use of leading edge skills to create co-operation and resolve conflict.
Who is the instructor ?
 The seminar was developed by internationally certified NLP Trainer and director of Transformations International, Dr. Richard Bolstad and the late Margot Hamblett, based on Richard's book of the same. In developing the course design Richard and Margot taught hundreds of seminars, to business teams, teaching faculties, parent groups, councellors, health professionals and the public.The conflict resolution model it teaches draws on NLP, Solution focused approaches, and Effectiveness Training. Richard has trained professionals working in the field of relationships in several continents, including in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina soon after the war there.
Gerri Mc Fadden is certified by Dr. Richard Bolstad as an Internationally qualified NLP Master Practitioner and Instructor of Transforming Communication, a text used in degree training programs and schools to teach effective, leading edge skills for co-operative relationships.

Transforming Communication is a series of seminars designed to deliver powerful skills from Neuro Linguistic Programming and related fields to your team and work situation. The 26 hour seminar enables you to build co-operative team and client relationships, transforming participants fundamental approach so they:
• Build rapport with others quickly so as to gain their co-operation and trust.
• Increase others' ability to resolve their own difficulties and meet their own outcomes.
• Get others to respect your needs and cooperate with you.
• Resolve discipline and conflict problems in organisations or with children, without resorting to threats or punitive action.
• Create and action solutions that truly meet your own outcomes as well as others'.
• Influence others successfully while keeping rapport.
What is the seminar like?
Transforming Communication is a practical skills based training. Participants will be actively involved in the process, so they don’t just learn theories, but leave able to act and respond in new, more effective ways. We measure our success by the positive changes organizations and community groups experience in their actual day to day work. Each participant is provided with the sixty plus page workbook. On completion (full attendance is required) the international certificate is awarded. A four step instructional process is used in each session, to maximize and accelerate learning. It includes:
• Instructor presentations, with use of visual aids and demonstrations
• Practice of each new skill life, in pairs or groups.
• Written worksheets and exercises back up these experiences.
• Processing one to one and in group discussion, to explore new learnings and insights
• Task to be done outside the training room to consolidate learning and ensure participants apply it in relevant future situations.
